Glocalink Singapore is proud to announce the first batch of investment included plant based meat startup Ira Noah. We are also happy to announce Irah Noah Japan also recently joined FOOD TECH GRAND PRIX in Japan and received Nippon Ham Corporate awards. Also in the past, Ira Noah joined TECH PLANTER DEMO DAY in SINGAPORE 2018 with the vision of wanting to expand their business to Singapore. In fact, Mr. Syafik managed to convince members who will become Glocalink Singapore in the later year at this time.
Issues Ira Noah is addressing is different from Karana who is also utilizing Jackfruits to produce plant based protein. Ira Noah is looking to cater for flexitarian as well as muslim populations. By investing in Ira Noah, Glocalink Singapore will also support Ira Noah to further explore market opportunities in Japan and also to build up plant based protein startup platforms in Asia.
With the members of Glocalink Singapore which consist of Japanese Bio startup, euglena, Agriculture experts from Kobashi industries and Leave a Nest group, each party is able to provide support in different areas to allow Ira Noah to explore opportunities in the Japan Market. Combined efforts from Leave a Nest Group in plant based protein possibility in terms of food science as well as collaborative products for Ira Noah and euglena to supplement nutrients can be possibilities through this investment
